Determine sampling effort necessary to assess effects of lampricide treatment delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic

Using Genotyping-in-Thousands by sequencing (GT-seq) to assess the ability to detect sibling groups among adult sea lamprey samples in the great. This project is a pilot study whose purpose is to determine the sampling size necessary to evaluate the effects of the COVID treatment pauses on sea lamprey population demographics.
